Those newborn days are a strange little mix of beautiful and blurry. You’re running on very little sleep, your phone is already full of baby photos, and somehow the days are both crawling and flying by all at once.
My newborn sessions are designed to feel calm, easy and gentle in the middle of all of that.
I offer studio newborn sessions in Latrobe for families across the North-West and beyond, as well as in-home newborn sessions in Launceston for those who’d rather stay tucked up at home. I also offer maternity sessions and maternity + newborn bundles if you’d love to document the lead-up as well as those first tiny days once baby arrives.
Whether you’re based in Latrobe, Devonport, Port Sorell, Burnie or Launceston, there’s an option to make it work — whether that’s coming into the studio or having me come to you.
A calm, baby-led experience
I know how much can be going on in those first few weeks. You’re figuring out feeding, sleeping, healing, visitors, routines… and sometimes even replying to a text can feel like a lot.
So if the thought of organising newborn photos feels lovely but also mildly overwhelming, I get it.
That’s exactly why I keep my sessions relaxed and baby-led. No pressure for your baby to “perform”, no expectation that everyone is perfectly rested, and definitely no need to feel like you’ve got it all together before stepping in front of the camera.
Whether you come to me in Latrobe or I come to you in Launceston, the goal is the same — to create beautiful, heartfelt images of your baby and your little family in a way that feels easy, natural and low-stress.
